Changed Your Mind? No Problem!

We understand circumstances can change. If your flooring order hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. However, if your order is already dispatched or delivered, our 30-day returns guarantee allows you to send it back within 30 days from delivery.

To qualify for a full refund, returned flooring must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returning Leftover Packs or Offcuts

If you have unopened, complete packs remaining after installation, these can also be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Ensure they are in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Once we receive your return, refunds are typically issued within 14 days.

In the rare event your flooring order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery but clearly mark the goods as damaged upon signing. Immediately contact our Customer Care team to arrange for a replacement or refund.
