Preparation for Your Delivery

The day before your scheduled delivery, we’ll contact you via email and SMS with a precise four-hour time frame for when your new flooring will arrive. This ensures you can conveniently plan your day and be ready to receive your order.

On Delivery Day

Our driver will personally call you approximately one hour before arrival to confirm your availability.

During the Delivery Process

Your delivery driver will adhere strictly to social distancing guidelines and will have personal protective equipment (PPE) available upon your request. For orders of laminate, luxury vinyl, and real wood flooring, our team can also assist by removing pallets and packaging materials if you indicate this preference.

Remote Area Delivery & Delay Notices

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and specific remote postcodes (PO30–PO40, PA20–PA78, PH, IV, KW, ZE, HS, GY, JE) incur additional charges. Ongoing nationwide driver shortages and customs checks for Northern Ireland may cause slight delays, but we will actively inform you of any changes to your delivery schedule.

Delivery lead times for carpets and sheet vinyl vary by postcode and will be confirmed at checkout.
